“This has to be one of the cleanest, most organized Harbor Freight I go to.The employees are always so friendly and helpful. I'm a Harbor Freight fan, and it is extremely helpful when you can ask any employee where an item is, and they will walk you to it. It's much better than a big box store. Keep up the good wirk.”

“Khalil is a great asset to your company. I came in yesterday for an item that your company no longer carries. It was something I always purchased through your company. A fuse that I needed right away. He not only told me where I could get it immediately, he actually looked it up and told me what isle and bin to look for in the competitors store. That's true customer service. He couldn't provide what I needed. And, new I didn't want my family in the dark with no light. He went above and beyond to help me take care of my family. He is not only an excellent salesman but an excellent human being. That goes along way in today's world. Thank you so, Khalil.”

“Whenever I come here I am always greeted by someone within 5mins, asking if I need help. Most everything is in stock or they offer to order whatever I need. Haven't came in here with things being disorderly or the bathrooms dirty. They price match and give military discounts which is nice. Love some of their discounts and some of their clearance items, fairly easy to find.”

“I was in the gardening department and this kind young lady Brooklyn asked me if I needed help & she was already busy but she seen I was struggling and the way she multitask and the knowledge she had I left very impressed, satisfied, learned new things to help with my garden & most importantly she was very patient in answering all my questions & did not make me feel as if I was a bother. I’m not sure if she’s in any kind of management or like a shift leader but if not u might want to think about something…. These are the employees you want working for you . @ the very least will u please tell her thank you for turning a one stop into a returning customer! Thank you Brooklyn!!”
