“Some will only write a review when they are upset or not satisfied, which may be just, but there are few reviews for outstanding service especially now when it is genuinely hard to find anything even close to good customer service. Now to put that into some context, many of these companies today do not invest in comprehensive employee training as was the standard years ago. With that said this review is for the consistent personal and outstanding customer service provided at the Woodforest Bank branch located at the Walmart in Severn MD. Been banking here since 2011 after the big economic crash and the customer service provided by both Madeline and Angel (they work extremely well as a team) is nothing short of Exemplary. These ladies are true professionals, courteous, approachable and amiable and if one would get to know them, they will make your-day; I leave out of their laughing every time, they just cannot help themselves… way too much fun. It is a wonderful environment and a great place to bank.”
