338 Hospital Dr, Glen BurnieEdit: I had to send one of my cats to the big cat tree in the sky today and the staff were truly so helpful, compassionate, and informative. Everyone there is truly so kind and I am so grateful that my baby spent her last moments surrounded by love.
I truly have to thank this clinic and their staff from the bottom of my heart. They squeezed me in for an emergency visit day of despite being fully booked. I came in with my cat a sleep deprived crying wired mess and left feeling so much better. The prices were very affordable for a student like me and everyone was so kind. I don't care that it's a 30+ minute drive away, this is my new clinic. If I had the money to pay them full price I would because they're good people.

597 E Ordnance Rd, Glen BurnieBanfield is absolutely the best primary veterinary care I have ever had. The entire veterinary team/staff go above and beyond for their clients. People seem to forget that this is like going to your primary care doctor not an emergency room and services can add up (emergency services here are limited just like if you had a heart attack at your PCP) and some are not cheap but neither is human medicine if you had to pay for every service out of pocket) It seems that some people come here and expect the providers to have MRI imagining in their eyes. Having a pet costs money it’ll never be cheap. Duh. These doctors literally went to school their entire lives to take care of our animals. The wellness plan is Lit but it ain’t insurance it is a financed package of services which is super helpful to help keep your pet healthy and assess for health concerns. Figure it out people! Ugh, love you Banfield Southdale! You guys make us feel safe!

408 Crain Hwy, Glen BurnieToday, we unfortunately had to put our 12-year-old boxer down. It’s an incredibly tough time, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am that this was our veterinary office.
My appointment today was at 3 p.m., and I assume from our earlier phone call they knew how emotional this would be for us. They had us come through a different entrance so that when I carried Roxi in, we were able to go straight back to a private comfort room. From the very beginning, the vet tech, doctor, and front desk staff made sure nothing came as a surprise. They walked us through everything step by step and were extremely patient, never rushing us for a moment.
One thing I appreciated more than I can say was that they handled all of the paperwork ahead of time. When everything was done, we were able to walk directly outside to our car instead of sitting in a waiting room. To be honest, we weren’t in any state to talk to anyone, and that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to us. They also made sure we knew—repeatedly—that we were in no rush and could stay with Roxi as long as we needed. No one should ever feel rushed when saying goodbye to a loved one, and they made sure we never did. I greatly appreciated the Doctor doing an exam prior, it’s comforting hearing from a professional that I was making the right decision.
We chose cremation for Roxi, and they already had that process thoughtfully set up for us as well—something I hadn’t even thought about in advance. Every detail was handled with compassion and care.
These are amazing people doing a job that families dread, and I’m so thankful we trusted them to give our Roxi peace. I plan to call tomorrow to personally thank them again for everything they did for us This memory will stick with us forever, and I’m truly grateful this’s where we went.

The pound cake slices and muffins are moist and delicate, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Pastries are great too, with the cream - should I call it edible clouds - being the star!! I am very particular when it comes to whipped cream, since the perfect cream constitutes a fine balance between density, greasiness, and sweetness. And this bakery has the perfect balance!

6626 Governor Ritchie Highway, Glen BurnieI came in on 7/28/25 around 3:30 - 4:30pm. Ty took care of me beyond the call of duty. I got two drinks and he noticed I had some mobility issues and made it really easy for me to carry both drinks with one hand. He insisted on making it easier for me to carry. So, he cut up a drink carrier tray in half and put my drinks in one of them then put them in a Starbucks bag (just like they do for delivery drivers) So, that I could easily carry both drinks just by holding the bag with one hand. He went above and beyond with a great personality and just was so sweet! I wish more people that work with customers had that kind of customer service, kindness and empathy. I've never had this level of customer care from a Starbucks worker in my life and I'm a frequent visitor. Thank you again so much, Ty! I hope you had a great day and a great rest of your week and I wish you nothing but the best! You deserve a raise and then some!
