“I just had a VERY POSITIVE interaction, by telephone of all things. I needed to retrieve a package that needed my signature, and the online automated system was of no help (sigh), but I called, spoke to a wonderful representative who took personal action to ensure I could designate someone to pick up the package for me, and accomplished getting the package. This was after two months of USPS system problems and errors. In other words, the person at the Edgewater Post Office helped me overcome the USPS system problems, in the most friendly, caring, and helpful way I could want. Well done, and THANK YOU.”

“Really good customer service at this location. My local carrier also deploys from here. Stopped him as we drove past one another today to tell him how much we appreciate his consistent, good service. Not sure how regularly folks in his role hear how well they are doing (or how often any of us get positive news on the job). It should happen far more often than it does.”
“1 Wilson Rd is located on the USNA yard, in the midshipmen dorm (Bancroft Hall) across from the tailor shop. It will not come up on GPS as it is a restricted access office serving the students, faculty and staff of the USNA. It only has PO boxes for the students they only handle mail delivery for the studentsIf you have access to the grounds and dorm, it's a great little office. 2 employees, very helpful.”

“Was a great experience for me with a drop-off. That said, I am sure I got lucky and that during peak times etc. It's worse. Parking is a bit confusing also as my gps took me to the wrong address. It needs to be fixed in google maps.”

“I went into the Crownsville Post Office and accidentally spilled all of the mail I had brought in. Derek (and all the other people in there of course laughed) was gracious enough to say, don't worry about it, that he would take care of it and get the mail on it's way. She was always smiling and very helpful, which made me feel much better after a not-so-nice encounter with another staff member who rudely declined my request for a pen (and that's why I took a star away from my review). I hope all the staff at the post office could be as friendly as Lauren!”
“I tracked my package and it showed delivered. It was not in the mailbox or anywhere else in our building. I called this location and a gentleman (Levy) answered the phone. He asked for the tracking number and called the carrier. He located the package and had it delivered.”
