About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Silver Spring, MD, offers a wide range of vehicles and flexible rental options for those needing a car, whether for errands or a weekend getaway. Many customers highlight the friendly and helpful service, particularly praising staff members like Hisham, Miriam, Alex, and Jasiri for their excellent support and quick rental processes. However, some reviews indicate issues with disorganization during car returns, as customers do not receive immediate receipts, leading to confusion. While experiences vary, the manager Kennedy has been noted for resolving problems effectively, contrasting with less favorable interactions with another staff member. Overall, Enterprise aims to provide stress-free rentals, but customers should be aware of possible challenges during the return process.

Kayla and her team were great to work with. When faced with the challenge of a rental that was picked up in Canada, they figured out what was needed when I needed to change the car, and with the return of the car. Highly recommend this location.
