Returned a car at 12:30. It was processed at 2:05. They charged me an hour for extra rental time while they sat on and did not process the timely return of the vehicle then proceeded to tell me a computer glitch caused the overcharge.

Worst customer service possible. Had a reservation and vehicle was present on lot but reps did not want to accept reservation unless it was full price. They did not want to let res go at agreed cost through 3rd party company based off personal feelings.

Not able to honor my reservation (4 weeks reservation) with the excuse that I was 2 hours late.Manager and employee not willing to help and did not care at all.I do not recommend this location
