Excellent service. Outstanding team of professional service providers. I appreciate the effort put forth to accommodate my extenuating circumstances. The premises and waiting arear was clean and comfortable. The vehicle was well prepped with detail clean interior. The return was just as smooth as the rental.

I walked in there from a shop where my truck was. Truck was broke down and I was out of town. They wouldn't help me because I didn't have a credit card. I had plenty of money for car. They told me to walk 15-20 mins to other rental in the bitter cold windy night. Very poor customer service.
