“I had the pleasure of working with Jonathon this week. He was fantastic. My mothers phone wasn't that old (3 years) but she is. So the thought of buying a new phone and teaching her how to navigate was a little over whelming . She had a strange memory storage problem that me and my tech brother could not figure out, Jonathan persevered, and fixed it instead of trying to upsell us. I am a huge fan of Tmobile always have been and especially this week. Thank you, Jonathon! In addition, the store was very clean and a pleasant place to be. “Typical target. Nothing is outstanding but they have a little of everything. Plenty of parking nearby. If you need something specific check online to make sure it's in stock before going to the store as inventory can fluctuate pretty widely, but the Target website can usually tell you I'd something is in stock and where in the store you should look to find it. Note - there are entrances on both the upper and lower levels but for a while the only checkout area is on the upper level of the store.”

“Expensive but it's always open. Sometimes they let the line get too long before getting more than one cashier. I'm happy they have chopped white onion and sauerkraut for the hot dogs in the condiments but usually there's not much of either in the containers. No gas sold here and the shopping center can be a nightmare to drive at times.”

(No local store available from her company). Josh agreed to look at her phone, and was able to solve the problem for her so that she could use it again. “Amazing cashiers here!! They definitely know how to take care of customers. When I stopped by here today, there was an incredibly rude customer purchasing his items and rushing the cashier to "hurry up" because he was "running late". The cashier was doing an AMAZING job at keeping calm and doing his best. In my opinion, if he was running so late, maybe he shouldn't stop for a coffee, especially since the cashier only took about 1 minute out of this man's "precious" time. Thumbs up to these cashiers for keeping their cool, I know there's many rough customers out there.”

“This Is another 7-Eleven I enjoy In Silver Spring , Maryland . It has a good sized Private Parking area . They have good sales signs in their windows especially the Big Gulps for The Summer Time for $0.79 . This place carries snack foods and cold drinks such as sodas ,waters , juices , milks , Ice creams . They have isles for magazines , Newspapers , Coffees , Teas , Hot Chocolates and So much more , Plus some sports apparel such as redskins, Baltimore Ravens , Eagles , New York Giants and more of Knit Caps , Scarves , Gloves , and Caps . They have limited gift cards they carry there but I am sure they can put more selections sometime as well . They have a red Box for Netflix . They carry pizzas and Hot Dogs and other good hot foods . Sometimes on busy days with big customer volumes there is sometimes a wait in line to get what you need and go . They have the best customer service That Silver Spring has to offer all of you there at the store . Plus they have Lottery scratch off tickets and keno games and more to entertain the customers while they stay there to shop . I always loved getting Barq's Root Beer , Pizza Slices and Hot Chocolates , Even including their Ball park Hot Dogs . But I have to admit I must try to go there t play the scratch off lottery games there once in a while . Plus they have their famous Big Gulps and Slurppies of all the flavors you can ever want . This is the beast 7-Eleven to come shop and hang out in and enjoy the things they have there . I Hope to go back there when not that busy all the time . “One of the cleanest 7-Eleven stores I’ve visited. The aisles are well-organized, shelves are always stocked, and the floors and counters are spotless. Even the coffee and food stations are well-maintained, which really sets this location apart. You can tell the management takes pride in keeping the store in great shape.
One of the employees here is extremely hardworking, polite, and always ready to help. He assisted me throughout my shopping, made sure I found everything I needed, and kept a very positive attitude the whole time. It’s nice to see such dedicated and customer-focused staff. Definitely makes this location stand out.”

“I giving it 4 stars despite being discriminated today by the manager “Mohamed” at 5pm-6pm. I came in dressed casually to use the microwave and the manager stalked me and went out of his way to ask aggressively “can I help you”. I’ve gotten this treatment before because of how I look. And even though I look amazing not everyone thinks so. And I am aware. However his behavior is still unprofessional and discriminatory and for a manager he should be ashamed of himself for harrasing someone who peacefully came to use the microwave and possibly purchase something else. I’ve consumed here many times with my wife. And the service has gotten better with the new staff so congrats! there’s white girl there who is rude but efficient and courteous. And hopefully they fired the Asian guy. That guy was so incompetent,rude and RACIST. They are all brave becauee of their panic button. Because in a different setting they wouldn’t act like this. Anyways,do the manager at around 5-6pm today March 4th,2023. Viciously approached me and made me feel very uncomfortable. The cashier there a black lady was friendlier and she usually is. I hope they promote her. She even apologized got her managers actions. This is the type of people who should be in management not D heads like that. I understand the idea of being careful especially due to the circumstances. But to be that aggressive and harass people based on how they look like. Nomatter how clean and nice they are is just WRONG and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not too mention I’ve consumed here before. Again I’ve seen improvement in the staff. So keep going! but do talk to that manager. I’ve seen worst but that attitude is unacceptable. Something tells me he would act exactly the same way if I talked to him in a different setting these people usually have that hate or bad teachings from their homes or environments!”

Most of the time I don't get charged because I use my own Stanley cup, but there's 2 people that insist on charging me and they're not managers. It's not a huge deal because its only 50 cents, but would like all employees on the same page. Otherwise clean store, variety of products and nice staff.”
