He went above and beyond to help me successfully port my number from Boost Mobile, a process that turned out to be far more complicated than expected. We worked through this for nearly five days, and throughout the entire experience, Wilbur remained patient, persistent, and fully committed to resolving the issue.
He even went as far as allowing me to leave my phone with him while he personally contacted customer service multiple times to obtain the necessary code and ensure everything was properly handled. His dedication and willingness to take ownership of the situation made all the difference. “Really good place to buy a used unlocked iPhone for good price. They also fixed my old broken phone and helped with data transfer. Very good cellphone store and team in Washington DC. Come here!!”
“Dead PC, which getting power to the motherboard but the computer wouldn't power up. Asked to diagnose but not repair, as it was an old machine and a new computer would be less than repairs most likely. $60 fee.
They promised to call later that day or the next to tell me what they found initially. I had to call to check after not hearing back. They were ordering a new motherboard to test with. Good troubleshooting, but not what I asked, for a 12-year old machine.
I declined service, but will say they did seem to know what they were doing.”
“17 million stars to Clint, who was a knight in shining armor for me when I locked myself out of my apartment (by leaving my phone inside). No staff in my building were able to help, so I rushed to the only place I could think of with phones: AT&T. Clint helped me contact someone so I was able to get back in, and Clint even gave me a stack of post-its to write down the info. He was so nice, and I’ve never been happier as an AT&T customer than I was right then. Excellent customer service. Thank you!”
