P is a good bank for basic online banking—checking, savings. The apps work well and consistently. The interest rates are good and fees minimal. The basic service at the branch is limited; the personnel have very little knowledge beyond what their screens tell them. For mortgage, trust account, loan, apply online or choose a bank with knowledgeable and empowered branch personnel. The personnel was kind and helpful, as seen with a teller and a lovely lady on the phone. The experience with exchanging international currency was super easy and polite. The bank was kind and helpful when dealing with a hacked account, was useful advice and was quickly help. The bank was basic online banking with good interest rates, minimal fees and limited but kind and helpful basic service.
10/10 highly recommend, I love Melody she is so awesome and soooo helpful.

Edmanuel Mercedes, was amazing, he was very kind and helpful. He helped us with the process we were doing and he did it very quickly, we had no objections with him. We need many employees like Edmanuel, dedicated to his work, kind and very knowledgeable in what he does..... Thank you Edmanuel....
