Preston solved the issue that I came into the bank for and he also followed up with me to assure me that the issue was resolved several days later. Also, when I arrived several people came and asked me what I needed, assured me that I would be helped and then one person offered me water while I waited for someone capable of handling my more complicated issue. This was real customer service and memorable frankly because it is not happening everywhere.”
