“My experience with this particular U-Haul location, is that I was treated like they value my patronage, they value me as a customer.
I rented a small size box truck to move my personal property to a new place, it was explained to me by the nice and friendly clerk the policy when I return the truck back during after hours but I forgot to use the app system to return the truck doing after hours. Because I forgot the system penalized me $23 dollars, when I explained the situation to Henry who is the manager the following morning, he credited me back the $23. To me that is CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

My dad retired from Suburban in Gainesville, Virginia around 1960-61.
I'm 76 and remember going to the plant with him to fill the 100lb tanks.
I was probably 6-7 years old, lots of fond memories.”
“This Uhaul was the most efficiently run Uhaul I've been to. The line inside moved quickly, they found the online reservation I made an hour before and checked me in, and someone was right there to throw the trailer on. All told, this took 15 min. Then, when I brought it back, I backed in the trailer and someone was there to unhook and close out my order, maybe 10 min. Done.”
“Very easy process, as soon as you get there, the guy refills it for you, you pay and leave, in like 5 minutes, great price as well. And there are also signs pointing to the propane refill spot to assist in finding it.”
“First Id like to say the man running this place and his family are heaven sent. For people that may not know, this place is very loving towards the community. Today they have food that includes fruits, vegetables, snacks, sodas, juices, oven ready food, bread, potatoes etc that they give to anyone in need.
