She recently brought to our attention some potential issues we may have with the lock on our unit’s gate.
She’s one of the reason we choose “Self Storage Plus”… Kerry has been very helpful, professional and took time to explain things; even when we were still shopping around for the right storage company.
The facility (Silver Spring) is well maintained… the building is clean (inside & outside), with a fresh scent (inside)…

“I have to address this. The people below leaving a one star review are referring to Red Van Lines -30 N. Gould St. Sheridan, WY 82801. That company is a 3rd party moving broker.I also was about to leave a 1 star review because this is the company that comes up when you Google "Red Van Lines reviews." But this is not the company that I interacted with. Red Van Lines has almost 0 Internet presence, unfortunately. However it does come up on a Google search of moving companies, generically.Regarding THAT other trash company, they hung up on me when I refused to give them money before reading the terms of the contract, which they refused to email me before I put down a deposit. I'm glad the trash took itself out.”
