“The gentlemen were incredibly professional. We appreciated the approach of surveying what was moving and what was remaining, and also on arrival to new home. I appreciated the senior veterans of the group who spoke up and gave good corrective feedback in realtime and taught the less seasoned members of the team. They were all very respectful of our new space- taking off shoes etc to enter carpeted areas. They worked hard and efficiently, and cleaned as they went. They worked well together as a team, with positive energy and communication. They listened to each other and helped each other out. “Best storage units in the area. We hace used three times.The manager, Roy Adams, is fast and efficent. Keeps the office and units spotless. The only negative is their policy to mandate the pur hase of their locks for $21 each when I have the same lock with two keys, purchased from thethem prviously, in my hands. Thought that was a little excessive. Still was an extremely positive experience.”
“Wow, it was very easy to set-up on line and get a storage unit at the ExtraSpace on North Stonestreet in Rockville, MD. When I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful, and one of them showed me the way to the unit I rented. It was very nice seeing the pride the staff takes in their work. The facility was VERY clean and well lit. Appeared to have ample parking and carts available. It is very secure - requires you to use your password to both get into the facility and to use the elevator. They have great hours. Very glad I chose this Extra Space Storage.”

“I did a small move recently (from a 2bd to a 1bd) and Bookstore Movers went above and beyond in all details in the move. They were speedy in loading the truck, made sure all of my furniture was securely wrapped and overall a pleasure to work with. Their prices were competitive compared to other moving companies.
