“Took awhile to find items since they moved sections around. I hate that they removed the price checking sites. That was very helpful. Only one cashier open with a lengthy problem customer. Had to use self checkout which I feel is incovenient. Don't get a discount for doing it!!!!! Store always nice, neat and clean.”

Who was helping me find each item Was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me even though store was soon to close. Aida made me feel confident in my purchases and also allowed me to create an account Where I can get points to use rewards. Aida Made me feel welcomed, she found solutions in finding other clothes and was patient I will be coming back thank you so much Aida!!”
“Ross is a unique retail store that has great affordable priced quality merchandise! They supply anything from slippers, name brand clothing, bath & beauty products, indoor/ outdoor furniture to household appliances.
No matter what state I visit, ROSS is by far one of my favorite stores because you never know what treasures you will find:)”
“I went in today to find my size based on my measurements. Ms. Carol was incredibly knowledgable and helped me pull some jeans for my body type and size. She checked in on me in the fitting room as well. Her customer service was top notch. Given that there wasn't a lot in my size and style in the store, she suggested I take a picture of the tags on my phone to shop online. The cashier Ms. Eyona was there and recommended taking down the item number. I was very impressed with their care and kindness. I've always had exceptional service at this store.”
“I called the store to ask a question regarding a store credit I had that went past the expiration date. Mrs. Park the store manager answered the phone. She told me I can still use it and that is fine. She was very nice about it. Papaya still have my business as a customer. I will still shop here just because she said I can still use my store credit. She is a wonderful lady.”

“I could not rate this store more highly! First time in the store, I was looking for a particular item I'd seen on-line but wanted to purchase sooner for a trip abroad. The owner and staff made me feel right at home - they put the "service" in customer service! Friendly, helpful, energetic, they found my item in the back and also recommended several similar styles that were perfect. In the end I purchased several shirts and a jacket and got a great deal with the summer sales. 12/10 will definitely shop here on the regular! Thanks!”

“It was very out of stock. For clothing and footwear. There were few offers and few nice things to buy, plus everything was lying on the floor, different from other stores in the same category where everything is organized.
The staff's attention is cold and distant. There is free parking.

“The customer service is usually good here with nice selections. Today I was service by Angel (supervisor/manager). She was very professional and personable with excellent customer service. She went over and beyond to help me with an exchange for a smaller size that was not available. It made all the difference in my shopping experience. The guy there that managed the floor does a great job keeping everything sorted and organized. He’s also very helpful. Wish all the rainbow stores can follow suit. Thank you for the warm welcome Angel. I appreciate your time, energy and efforts.”
“Sephora inside Kohls is convenient. Able to grab most things you would want from a makeup store. This location also has plenty parking. Plus the kohl’s is great because you can do a one stop shop. Drop off your amazon return and grab household items such as pillows or chairs. Definitely a nice plaza to check out”
