Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.”

“Off of interstate 83. Exit 20A turn right on McCormick Rd. Right on beaver dam Rd. Right on Gilroy rd then a left at clubhouse Rd. It’s the first business on the right but go down to the end of the street to the round about and come back and turn left into the second entrance and go into the door that says employee entrance only. Slide tandems back and you can go on the green light. They tape your bol on the inside of your trailer.”

“This is my neighborhood UPS and I have been using it since it opened. Raj, the manager, is one of the sweetest kindest people that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Yes, the store is crowded sometimes but the staff is adept at handling business and keeping line moving. There has never been a problem that Raj was not able to solve. I think if I ever moved out of the neighborhood I would come back to use this UPS store.”
