“Sung was a good Sales Consultant. I didn’t like that the lady in the front of the store on 11/14/25 around 12pm didn’t greet me to say “hello” or “welcome” to the store. Also, the lady ringing up my sales didn’t have good Customer service. She had a frown upon her face the whole transaction. Rep. Sung was cheerful throughout my time in the store.”
“Tatyana is the legit best person. We live closer to other locations but come here for Tatyana. Her sales approach was so different than anyone. She got us our pillows then had us try out beds. We decided for the nicest tempur pedic. Fast forward a year and our apt burnt down. We came back to Tatyana for our guest bed and now our permanent master bedroom mattress. She took care of us, made sure we got exactly what we wanted and found the best deal available. I will always be grateful to her. Never in a million years did we think we would ever get this mattress again, but here we are because of her. And i will come to this location for anything i need in the future 100% because of Tatyana. She needs a raise or like a bunch of free vacation hours. Thank you so much”

“I am so excited! Our new mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Rosedale was just delivered. The delivery went smoothly. The gentlemen who brought our bed were very professional and courteous.
I want to give a big “shout out” to Sam. He is the salesman who worked with us to find our new mattress. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products in the store. He took us through their process of how to select the mattress that is best for our sleeping needs. If you need a new mattress I would recommend you go see Sam at Mattress Warehouse in the Golden Ring Shopping Plaza.”

“I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .”

“My husband and I recently visited Ashley Furniture. We had quite a bit to shop for as we were furnishing our new home from the ground up.
Geoff immediately welcomed us as soon as we walked in. Geoff gave us enough space to search for things we liked on our own and intervened at appropriate times. Geoff was very personable. He took his time to understand our likes and needs in furniture. Geoff was patient with us. Geoff took notes of the things we liked and helped us design the looks we were going for if they weren’t already a floor set in the store.
Needless to say, we walked away almost furnishing our entire home in one visit thanks to Geoff. If you’re in the market for new furniture and need a helpful salesman, Geoff is your guy!”

“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I first saw Megan in a local big box store. I appreciate that she was not just trying to sell me furniture, she gave me information to make an informed decision for my investment. When visiting the Lovesac store, at no point did I feel rushed to make a decision. I had multiple questions about warranties, discounts and ways to arrange the pieces I was considering purchasing. Overall great experience and I feel very confident I’ll be pleased with my purchase. Also, my final price was great!!”

“Not too sure why there are any bad reviews, but my experience with them is beyond what I expected. They allowed me to lease three items even though I'm sure whatever they check. I wasn't worthy enough, but they trusted me anyway I appreciate them for that. They also helped me combine two of my items so that way I can have all four items that I wanted and I really appreciate them for that. The delivery guys were funny and definitely entertaining and yes, they put your items together for you . They got up every single piece of furniture, even with how my staircase is built . Their attitudes have always been right with me even with me being late sometimes lol. As long as you pay them on time, you won't get the 50 million calls. “Every now and then you have such a great experience with a store that you have to write a glowing review of it. This is one of those occasions. We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Su Casa and had it delivered to our house yesterday. We looked at sectionals at several national chains, including in DC, but didn't find anything we really liked until we went to Su Casa in Fells. Everything about our experience with Su Casa--from the floor service to the delivery crew was exceptional. First of all, Yoriko, the saleswoman, was outstanding, answering all of our questions as if she really knew the product. She was super sweet, had good design opinions, and was easy to work with. If all salespeople were like her there would be world peace. The delivery crew, Marcus and Matt, were very courteous and careful. They came to our house early--the first time anything of this size has ever been delivered to our house early. They respectfully removed their shoes without even being asked (who ever hear of that?!). The only hitch was the furniture pieces at first seemed like they were not going to be able to be maneuvered around our 20th Century staircase. At one point, it looked like we would have to abort the mission. But Marcus wouldn't leave until the job was done, figuring out the jigsaw puzzle of our staircase while lifting hundreds of pounds of furniture. We finally got the sofa in our second-floor family room and--after all the blood, sweat and tears--I have to say that it's absolutely perfect in our room! Our experience with Su Casa, from sales floor to delivery, was truly fantastic. I cannot more highly recommend this local store to others and I think it deserves our loyal business moving forward. ANYWAY, Depending on the day you go ,the WEATHER and the TIME of year !, this place can have anything from a SMALL parking lot of vendors to LITERALLY having a HARD Time finding a place to EVEN PARK ! because there's SO MANY PEOPLE AND VENDORS ! ? Just DEPENDS on when you go ! But it's a GREAT place to find JUST ABOUT ANYTHING from DVDs, blu-rays, clothing to furniture ! and have a BLAST looking for it all ! Stop by ,look around and HAVE FUN ! ? It can be QUITE THE CARNIVAL of SHOPPING and RUMMAGING as you can SEE from the PICS ! ?”
