“First and most i would like to say the last couple of months I am very pleased with ms.Brandy the new manager at capital crossing she has been getting the back orders tickets done i don't know where yall got her from but her work here has been so amazing I call her one time and my ticket is taken care of so also call back and make sure the job is completed even my neighbors comment about her work please let her know that she's doing a marvelous job and we wouldn't trade her for anyone else”
“Amazing help from Terrance! He went above and beyond by coming in on his day off to fix my shower. Not only was he quick and professional, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain the issue to prevent reoccurrences in the future, and he ensured everything was working before he left. Terrance's expertise and positive energy is what makes Avalon a great place to live!”
“The apartment is very good in its ability to handle any issues. The maintenance is very quick and helpful to any problems we have had. The views are really nice and the location is really good.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I’ve lived in three apartments within University Gardens, and my experience has always been amazing! ?
A huge thank you to Karen, who has been so kind and attentive. She took her time to help me through the entire process and made sure I got an apartment that truly fits my needs. I’m very grateful for her help and patience! ?
I also want to mention Oscar, the community manager. He’s always making sure everything runs smoothly and that residents are happy. Maintenance is quick, the community is clean and peaceful, and the atmosphere feels great. ?
If you get the chance to live here, go for it! ? And be sure to ask for Karen or Oscar — they’ll make you feel comfortable and welcome from day one. ?”
“I’ve been at The Dalton for about two years and thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The building is always clean, the staff is super nice, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were taken care of quickly.
My apartment was quiet, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light. I'm going to miss the rooftop views of DC and Alexandria. Overall, The Dalton has truly felt like home. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live that balances easy access to the city and more relaxed day to day of Old Town.
Shout out to BJ, who always makes a genuine effort to really get to know all of the residents and keep us on our toes with his Trivia.”
“If you are considering moving to 455 Eye - do it! The leasing team (especially Chris) all go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. The front desk and maintenance team are consistent, kind, and caring. I cannot recommend moving here enough. It has been a blissful two years here.”
“Great balance of amenities and location. The rooftops, lounges, and shared spaces are well maintained and actually feel usable, whether you’re working from home or spending time with friends. Being in the heart of Shaw with easy access to the Metro, restaurants, and everyday essentials makes it convenient without feeling overwhelming. The concierge team is always friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-run community in a really solid spot.”
“Bri and the rest of the 425 Mass staff were very helpful in answering all of my questions, and providing a seamless transition and move in experience. Modern building with smart home features, thick walls, secure garage, great amenities, and the rooftop views are second to none.”
“I have been living at Alton District for almost two months now and this apartment building has by far been the best living experience I’ve had in the city. I’ve lived in neighborhoods all over D.C. over the course of 5 years and nothing compares to Alton District. The location and the modern units are fantastic, but what really makes Alton District stand out is the people that work here. Alex (the property manager) is incredibly responsive and helpful, and Cecelia at the front desk is an absolute gem - she knows every resident, is so kind, and is always thoughtful. I highly highly recommend living here!”
“I’m a resident at 909 for 5 years I Iove it at 909 capital yards an the maintenance staff is great especially Mr. Cleveland he came to the building and got things done you put in a maintenance ticket for service request and it’s done in an hour not the next day but the same day can we please keep Mr. Cleveland he really gets the job done. The building is starting to look beautiful.”
“First of all, the location is great.
I enjoyed jogging every morning to the White House, the Capitol, and the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials. There are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby.
This is the best location for sightseeing in Washington.
It was a two-bedroom room, and one room had an independent bathroom and closet, so it was comfortable, and the other room had a wide bed and closet, so it was comfortable for four people to stay without being cramped.
The living room was surprisingly spacious and the kitchen was perfect for cooking.
(However, the knife was not very sharp.)
I stayed for a week and enjoyed Washington to the fullest.
I will definitely use it the next time I visit.”
“The management and maintenance team is top notch! Always kind and very responsive, professional and willing to assist. The building is clean, quiet and well maintained.”
“Whenever I come in contact with Ms. Shauntia, she's always very efficient and professional and the results are top-tier. She's a great communicator when answering my questions overall Shaunita has an amazing work ethic.”
“I lived at "The KW" for 7 years, ending in January 2024. During this time, I lived in both the South (built in 2000's) and Historic (built in 1932 and 1935). Leasing agents will be happy to provide a tour of either, so I'll leave descriptions of apartments out. Suffice to say, there are a variety of floor plans and none (including the studios) are shabby. Some amenities of the building (indoor heated pool, sauna, gym) are truly top-notch. The rooftop grills could be much better; but the area warmers are a great touch for those those hanging on to the outdoor space until the cold becomes unfightable. What I want to focus on is the experience. The KW courtyard is among the prettiest in DC and provides its own welcome which didn't diminish during my stay. Once inside, the main lobby provides a fantastic display of Art Deco and contains an elevated mezzanine that often provided a comfortable (and very well decorated) meeting place for myself and neighbors. This brings me to an aspect of the KW which may appeal to many, and certainly did to me. There exists a true sense of community which will match your level of engagement. That engagement spans across KW hosted activities, as well as events conducted by the Residents Association. The initiator and facilitator of these relationship is often the in-building private club/bar. For the first time, I knew dozens of my neighbors instead of just a handful. Many friendships therein will persist. The staff is mostly friendly and courteous. A few stand out as exceptional, and I'm not likely to find their equivalent again: Giovanna (Desk), Lea (Desk), Michael (Desk), Anthony (Engineering), James (Club), and Vanessa (Management). There are some things to pay attention to. This is an old building on the Historic Side; and, while the bones are great, one issue plagued my stay. Our front bathroom would begin to develop an odor several times a week. It was not mild, and smelled like a sewer. Engineering was never able to remediate this despite multiple attempts. None of my neighbors had a similar issue, so I suppose I was just lucky. In the South Wing, there is an engineering issue where water will leak past the valves in the washing machines should there be a pressure drop in the system. This could occur with the briefest power failure. If caught, Engineering will race to everyone's apartment to see if the issue is presenting and pursue resolution. If uncaught, the washing machines will fill and begin to spill over. I once had flooding in my apartment from above due to this issue. If I didn't hear the water and turn off my valves manually, the flooding would have been that much worse. Some of my neighbors had this occur multiple times. In all, I highly recommend the KW for young (Historic Wing) and old. If you're a lifelong renter, rent stabilization with a young start will provide you a home in a fabulous building at a cost that's unheard of. If you want a home to age in place, you'll find a vibrant group of neighbors who are continuously organizing get-togethers and are genuine friends.I was in the middle, and figured my best move was to buy something. I did this, however, with my wife; and I met my wife at the KW Club when I was 46. Need I say more?”
“I have been living at Mosaic for about two weeks now and my experience has been great. I first visited the property in July and toured a unit with Danielle. She was thorough, allowed me to take my time during the tour and answered all of my questions.
The application process was simple and straightforward and I received an approval pretty fast. Prior to move-in, a comprehensive checklist was provided, making the process easy.
All of the ladies in the leasing office were very nice and accommodating to any needs I had on move in day. Again, very thorough and I barely had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed afterwards. The unit has exceeded my expectations, the building is quiet and I’ve had no issues with parking. The grounds are kept nice and hallways are clean as well, which I really appreciate.
I feel like I made a great choice with Mosaic at Metro and would absolutely refer friends/family to inquire when in the market for a new home.”
“The leasing staff is second to none. Not only was my agent professional, responsive and nice- she went out of her way to make my move a success. I feel very welcomed and know I made the right choice.”

“Вот тот же текст без жирного, обычными буквами:
We’ve been living here for about a month in apartment 1210 on Mass, and honestly, we’re really happy with the place. The apartment is bright, comfy, and perfect for a family. The building is quiet and feels safe, and everything is well taken care of. The area is super convenient — stores and everything you need are right nearby. Overall, it’s a really great spot to live in D.C.”

“Five stars all around from Dontrell in leasing, to all the amazing front desk workers, and Jeremy's phenomenal maintenance work. I could not be happier having found a home here.
The building has amazing views from the roof deck, which includes a fire pit, tv, lounge chairs, two grills, and dining areas. The location is pretty hard to beat and the floor to ceiling windows allow in amazing natural light.
If I could give more stars than 5 I would for the outstanding management, maintenance, and front desk team for their genuine personalities and the amazing customer service they provide.”

“I Love Everly. I’ve Been Here For 3 Years And Can’t Complain. There Has Been Security Here To Patrol The Area And It’s A Secure Feeling. Lately Everly Has Been Hosting Events And It’s Been A Joy To Meet Other Neighbors. I Rate It A 10/10.”
“Brock from 4 corners was phenomenal tonight! I had a great time. Hilarious guy and his service was great. We need him back ASAP!
I’ve had nothing but a great experience living here so far! Cori, Caroline and the whole team has made my transition here so easy. I love the community atmosphere of Coda and I’m looking forward to the new additions being added to the neighborhood!”
“Can only speak to the tour but had a great experience with Hakeem, one of the property managers. He was friendly, easy to talk to, knew the property well and answered every question. He clearly thinks this is a great building and it shows in his work.”
“Jada and Sherrod have been invaluable in handling any issues I've encountered. Their positive attitudes and vibrant energy truly make the community welcoming. I also love my apartment and the amenity spaces. Thank you, Elevation leasing team!”
“I have lived on this property for 5 years, Bill and Lennox are top tier! Anytime i put in a request, it’s quickly attended to, their customer service and professionals is always on point and they are a pleasure to work with. They clean up their mess once done and always remind me to lock my door behind them. As a woman, that makes me feel so safe. They replaced all of my kitchen appliances in under 1 hour. No mess, no loud noises and they didn’t break anything! Thank you both for your exceptional service!”
“There are a lot of choice for living in Alexandria but with Danica's honest information and helpful guidance I landed on MAA Carlyle Square which gave me the best of everything I was looking for.”
“We lived at Takoma Central for 7 years, through 2 owners and 4 management companies. The current Bozzuto team is BY FAR the best management team the building has ever had. Denisse and Taylor in the office and Ibrahim doing the maintenance work are diligent, caring, and most importantly, they are highly competent. It's not just talk - they get things done. It's a refreshing surprise to encounter competence in building management, they go above and beyond and they do it with a friendly attitude.
Working with Denisse, Taylor, and Ibrahim has been a pleasure.”
“We’re very excited to join Prince Georges Apartment community! My husband and I have just moved today and are very grateful to have met Jay Jay during our apartment search.
From the very beginning, she made us feel welcomed, valued, and at ease. Her kindness and patience were a big part of why we ultimately chose to live here. She took the time to answer all our questions, guided us through every step, and always greeted us with a warm smile.”
