“Absolutely the best representatives! Every time I go there I get the best help and support. Very knowledgeable, very patient with all my questions, professional, and polite. I go out of my way to travel to this store from Catonsville, Maryland.”
“I love T Mobile. The techs at every location are highly competent and knowledgeable. Especially good is their 5G to the home… no more waiting for the cable guy for the install, and if there is a problem you don’t get served by a robot or shunted to Pakistan.”
“One of the best T-Mobile store with the most friendliest staff, hooked me up with phone and tabs and set me up with that to expect as far as billing is… thank u”

“The rep who waited on me and my daughter could not have been more efficient or knowledgable. He remembered us and was patient with us even after the third time we had to come in. I wish all of Verizon's employees were as kind as he is.”
