“The staff are this location is REALLY friendly and helpful. Typically, when the weather is nice, I go to the Sunday Bethesda Farmer's Market first and then walk 5 minutes to The Organic Butcher. Weekends, of course, are busier, but the wait is never long, and it's nice to look at all the specialty products.
If you're into hot sauce, they make in-house a really nice fermented hot sauce - follow them on social media so you know when the next batch drops.”

Other fantastic meats and cheese to select from and a very clean butcher shop. I make it my go to for any meat or cheese I need. In Bethesda too!”
“I have purchased A5 wagyu beef from Union Meat Company three times in the past year. Everyone is very helpful -- they ask questions about when I plan to cook it and if it's not immediately, they will vacuum seal the cuts for me. A5 isn't cheap, but the prices here are fair. I'm thankful that they always have it in stock and are attentive and helpful!”
“These people are the nicest people..got here at 2am, saw the backing situationn with being extremely tired, asked if it would be a problem to wait til daylight..no problem whatsoever...go to the cul de sac at the end of road, turn, back to dock off of street, simple if you can see what you are doing..lol..overnight street parking, daytime parking too, extremely helpful and friendly..would definitely come back here...”
“Everything inside Union Market is consistently delicious so it's no surprise that Harvey's Market is cranking out some amazing deli sandwiches! This time I went with the roast beef sandwich, it is a fairly classic roast beef sandwich but the flavors are bold. From the juicy, tender, thin sliced roast beef to the creamy horseradish sauce it was all perfect.”

If you will have party's this is it ? ? perfect place for buy all for your party chipper then Costco!! Attention is great and fast cashiers no more 5 minutes in line plenty parking !! Only problem probably is only cash not card allows them!! Highly recommended!!”
