“Rick and his team have worked on 4 different cars of ours over the last 15 years. I have complete trust in the work they performed for me. I believe they provide honest and thorough diagnosis and repairs. My most recent issue was a transmission slippage while on the highway. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! The prior note was from earlier service. I was back with another issue, now….it’s an older car…and Denise, in the service department was exceptional! I happen to have an extended warranty and one of the costly items was in dispute. Because a still photo was not conclusive if a warranted service, Denise provided the extended warranty company with more than one video that showed the needed parts and service should be covered and coverage was granted, saving me quite a bit. Infiniti of Towson has always gone the extra mile for me when my car would not! ;)”
“The service manager of Nationwide Kia is top notch in every way. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and when I took my car in the check-in went very smoothly. I was greeted immediately by a service person and offered a Lyft back home. I choose to wait and they had me out in 90 minutes. They cleaned the interior of the car, washed the windows, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. I was extremely satisfied with the 24k service for my Kia Sportage.”

“While the business has a poor snack selection and bottles of soda that were over a year past their expiration date, it's not a convenience store, so I can't fault it for that. It's a gas station, and it has the best prices of any I've used within the state. I worked in the Timonium area for five years and consistently purchased my gas there, and even though I no longer work in the area, I still travel there occasionally for business and like to fill my tank up there. The location is tricky because it's on a busy corner of York Road, and it's exceedingly difficult to exit onto Seminary Road to use that traffic light, and it's not incredibly easy to exit out onto York Road, either. That being said, the value is worth the little bit of headache to enter and exit the area.”

He even discounted me for a waiting inconvenience. Asked me did I want anything to drink! And fixed my car with no problem! They have a customer for life!!! Both men at the front desk were phenomenal!!!”
“Travel services close at 3 pm even though info on their front door and Google Maps says 5 pm. Employee was grumbling about how many people came in so close to their close time. Maybe communicate that info so folks know?”
“Wonderful service. I drove in Tuesday morning without an appointment and told them of the problem I was having with oil pressure sensor lighting on dash. The next day they had diagnosed my problem and ordered parts and told me it was covered under a manufactured warranty. Wednesday morning they had it finished and called me and let me know it was all done without any charge. The service writer.Tracy Delgado treated me like a friend. She’s knowledgeable and kept me informed.
This is my third GREAT experience with Nationwide and Tracy. Thank you for giving this car dealer a good reputation”
