The place my insurance company initially recommended was out almost 2 months. The entire process was smooth as can be. This was my second experience. The first time round, a few years back, they did an excellent job on my Tesla M3. After their extensive repairs, the car was nearly as good as new.
This time, the insurance company ended up totaling the car. Unexpectedly hearing that ones car is totaled is never a pleasant experience and the whole process was new for me. Through all of this, appreciate how responsive everyone from the Collision Craft team was to help me understand their estimate, the future repair risks, and I believe arrive at the right decision. The team was incredible knowledgeable and patient.”
