“Yafet and Paul in the York Rd Baltimore store were incredibly helpful today. I came in after my iPhone showed a liquid warning and would not charge, and they helped me get it sorted out quickly. They also shared a few great iPhone tips while I was there getting a wireless charging pad. Great service, knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. Highly recommend.”
“Came to this store in New year's eve right before closing. My sister had dropped her phone in water and it would not charge. Alex and Jose were so nice. They cleaned her phone and got it charging again within minutes. They did it with a smile. The store was clean and smelled good. We were very happy to receive great customer service from these young men!”
“It’s crazy because with some of these Cellphone Mobile outlet stores. They want to sell you their product, but they’re not professional about doing so. 2 1/2 years ago because of the lack of professionalism at the Metro PCS Security Square, Mall store. I left Metro PCS and went back to Boost Mobile.Recently my son needed a iPhone upgrade. So I chose to upgrade my iPhone as well. I called the Security Square, Mall Boost Mobile stand near the food court. And the young lady that answered the phone ???? was rude when I inquired about the iPhone 12 upgraded. I overlooked that and still went out to check out the iPhone 12 she had for sale. Once I got there the rudeness never changed and she tried selling me a phone that was more than the one I asked for… I walked out of that establishment and went to several others that didn’t have the iPhone 12. So I chose to make several phone calls. Eventually, I was connected to the Edmondson Village Boost Mobile store and spoke with Umer from Kuwait. I got in touch with him Sunday just before they closed. He check to see if the phone that I wanted was available and set up a appointment for me first thing in the morning.When I got there early the next morning. Umer knew exactly who I was before I even introduced myself. The brother was so informative with the purchasing of my new iphone. ???? He even did a update and upgrading to the iphone as well as giving me step-by-step information on everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I felt like I was able to get behind the counter and work right along side with him. The brother was professional and very informative. If I had stayed any long, because of his professionalism, I probably would’ve brought the store. All jokes to the side. I’ll be back to buy the second iphone soon for my younger son. ????????Umer sold me with his honesty, seniority and professionalism. We need more sales reps ???????? ???????????? ???????? with this kind of attitude and mind frame. If you’re trying to get my money. You gotta have some kind of respect. I probably would’ve brought the iphone yesterday from the Young Lady at the Boost Mobile stand in Security Square, Mall. Her bad attitude killed it for me. You can’t talk to me any kind of way and expect for me to just give you my money. ????????♂️???? ???? It doesn’t work that way. Honesty and professionalism rules all of the time. Because of a incident that happened at the store. ???? Umer, like so many people in Maryland, will be leaving the state soon. “I walked out of the Verizon Corporate store, ready, as usual, to drop Verizon. I came to this store and was immediately greeted by one of the two employees. He welcomed me, and told me how many people were ahead of me. I only needed to by a new Sim card to replace the one from my broken phone. The two guys were helping others, and one of the groups being helped was this old guy and his medical aide. He had completely messed up his phone. The patience the Verizon guy showed with him was amazing. He worked with him to get the phone fixed without losing any data.
The other worker, when he got to me, was able to do what the Verizon call center was not. He got my phone up and running. They were both friendly and did try to upsell me a new phone, but once he realized that wasn't happening, he did not push.
I could have gotten a new Sim card for free at the corporate store, but I would have left stressed and pissed. Here, with these guys, I will actually come back. I typically prefer to buy online and not have to deal with the physical stores. You all know what I mean. But I WILL come back here when I am ready to buy. Unfortunately, because of all the recent thefts, they don't display any of the phones for purchase, so walking in is a bit dreary. Nothing on the walls to play with. Beyond that, this store has amazing employees, and management obviously treats them well, because they treat the customer like people!!!
If you MUST go to a Verizon store in person, skip the corporate stores. It IS worth the extra drive.”

“John the GM deserves way more than whatever it is, he is currently making. Polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my individual problem. He helped clean up the mess that Ed at the Boston Street location caused, and it was bad. John even got me wireless internet for my home. I didn't know AT&T offered internet, let alone that I qualified. John was personable and informed me that he is transferring to a Virginia store. What a shame! Thanks so much John!”
“As long as Chris, Mike, and Ahmed work here I will never walk into another Verizon store but this hunt-valley location. I was on the phone dealing with the worst customer service rep and Chris talked to them for me and got my problem solved. Also Ahmed upgraded 2 of my devices and was very fast and efficient and made sure I didn’t wait long. Mike was great moral support. Also had issues with my iPad service Chris hit a button and instantly fixed the service issue.”

“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

“I've been using the Motorola razor since November 2025, had no problems with it whatsoever. Love the service. But out of the blue yesterday, April 22nd, I paired the KTC mega pad to my phone. And about an hour later, a tiny green dot appeared at the lower left of my phone screen. Google suggested that there may be an app using my microphone or camera. I search vigorously and couldn't find any apps open on my devices. I contacted Motorola, spoke to a guy named Chris. I guess I wasn't moving fast enough for him and he hung up on me, twice. So I don't know what to do about this Green Dot. It is very nerve racking.”

The lady that was there listened to my issues saw what phone I had and set me up with a new better version all while I walked around outside (since it was a nice day). She hunted and gave me all the discounts I was able to get and all in less than 30 mins. I will now need a new phone case today so I hope she is there still.”

Even with the hiccup I had in wanting to add something to my plan they gave me the information needed to resolve this issue. I would recommend this store location to anyone I come across without question. Very good energy and great service, from the store manager to the customer service staff. All across the board great experience. AT & T on York Rd directly next to the Walgreens the Address is not popping up but if your facing the front door of this location you can see the Old Navy across from it.”
