“I had a great experience at this At&T store. The first time I came in was to ask about activating a phone, and the customer service was excellent and I received a better phone than I had anticipated.
I came back another day with my two kids, and the staff was incredibly patient, even with my busy 4 year old. They were so kind and welcoming to my daughter, helped her pick out her phone, and really made her feel heard- which meant a lot since she is a preteen.

I walked in and showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she said they absolutely don't have it. Then I found it myself. She's very annoying lol”

I spent about 3 hours on the phone with Apple, 2 hours with T-Mobile the day before, and another trip to the Apple Store where I sat for nearly an hour with no resolution. Once they check me in I proceeded to the Genius Bar in which I was kindly greeted by Derrick who had a great personality, wealth of knowledge, and great customer service presentation.
