The staff are very knowledgeable and personable - not taking long to know your name and what you typically purchase. On top of that, the store is always very clean and organized. I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else for my pet needs.

Dr Chris Gernhart and Dr. McMichael do a fantastic job at helping me care medically for my fuzzy-butt Coopy and his on-going acupuncture treatments with Dr. Cross have helped amazingly at keeping Coopy pain free and acting like a puppy again☺️

Even though I have worked in the field for 5 years, I was still a very nervous mom and every single staff member made me feel at ease.
I have watched them all do this service for everyone that has come in there to get a procedure done and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Thank you all for being such great team members to work with and also amazing technicians and doctor that had my babies in their amazing hands.

I usually get the same thing every time I go, but a highlight was the crab earlier this summer. Terry is usually on staff when I’m there, and is always super friendly and attentive especially when I’ve accidentally misclicked on the tablet for my order and need adjustments. Thank you for a nice place to eat

Chris, Allie and the Himmelrichs and all of the staff make you feel like you’re walking into your parents kitchen. Nothing compares to the wraps and salads, the cookies and lemon bars, I can’t find anything comparable in nyc, where I now live. Their soda machine is sooo carbonated and I love their various coffee drinks. Stonemill for breakfast lunch and dinner. Love my stonemill fam.
