“This was maybe 6 months ago, so my review is overdue, but this place is great. My car started smoking a block away from here, and I had never been to this place before or heard about it, but I figured if I could avoid a tow, it was worth seeing if they could help. The man there was really nice and said if I could get my car to their parking lot, he could take a look, without an appointment. He was able to fix my car within a couple hours for a lot cheaper than I was expecting and explained in simple terms what was wrong (all my oil spilled out because something wasn't put back on securely after my last oil change elsewhere). I'll definitely be going here next time I need any services.”

“UPDATE: I had initially written a bad review for Brooks-Huff In Towson off York Rd. for damaging the finish on my wheels when I came in for a balancing service. I was very disappointed and upset with my impression of this business. Tim rang me a call over my cellphone earlier and I had missed his call, he left me a nice voicemail stating that he is very sorry about this incident and that he had read the review. He ensured that he would take care of this issue and this is not an accurate representation on how their business operates.Tim explained that he will be gone for the week but to call back the following week to schedule something for them to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative for them owning up and offering to fix the damage they have done, especially because not a lot of businesses would do the same in our day and age. Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Center in Towson is now a stand out to me and I am very pleased that they offered to fix the damage. My recommendation has changed and so has my outlook on this business just for offering to make things right. I advocate that you offer your trust and service needs to Brooks-Huff's Towson, they will take care of you. Thank you Tim, gained back a long-term customer. Will update pictures when I get back the car.”

“Big thanks to Charlie, John, and Mike the tech! Got an ARB Rear Locking Differential, and ARB on board air compressor installed. Very helpful team, very nice installations. Price was on point. Very quick turn around time, car was ready within 1 business day. 10/10 would recommend this shop not just for minor work like lift kits and lights, but especially for differential work. Had a chance to the car out to the beach. On board air compressor is a game changer. And I kept looking for obstacles at the beach that were worthy to engage the locking diff. See you soon for the front locking diff!”

“My 2009 Toyota Prius was stuck in neutral and they diagnosed and repaired the wiring well within 24 hours after AAA towed my car to their locatIon. Along with that service, they added an oil change, oil and air filter, repaired a tire leak, replaced a belt, and replaced the wiper blades. I appreciated a noontime notification call, but couldn’t take it at the time. I made several followup calls about my car’s problem and status and heard from them a couple hours later. Did not receive a call when the car was ready for pickup, so I walked to the site around 7pm. Paid my bill. Three percent service charge for paying with credit; if I hadn’t been in a time crunch, I would have dashed to the bank to pay cash. Next time I will be clearer about my communication needs. “I got my windows tinted and the service was Great. They did an amazing job on my windows.
