I chose this store after having difficulty with the employees in Edgewood. When I picked up the tool box, Evan at the store helped me load it into the truck. He even climbed in the back with me and helped squeeze it in. I definitely would not have been able to get it loaded without his help. “Went in this location looking for a combination lock. Mr. Hall was standing near front, with a warm welcoming smile. He acknowledged me, took me to the aisle with locks, was engaging and professional. What a breath of fresh air to receive such awesome service and he was a manager filling in from another store. Then I went to pay for my lock and CC was at the register, she was kind, patient and professional. Another plus in my book she was smiling ? also. These 2 wonderful people need to be on a team to show other employees in other businesses how to treat customers. I will be returning again. Very satisfied!!!”

“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”

“I had an exceptional experience with Costello's Ace Hardware store. I purchased a Blackstone Grill the weekend after Memorial Day, and they delivered it on Sunday, less than 24 hours after I placed my order.
The service exceeded my expectations in several ways:
* They delivered the grill fully assembled.
* Instead of just dropping it at my door, they placed it on my deck.
* They even handed me a battery for the starter, explaining that they often receive calls from customers who don't realize a battery is needed.
