“I got in contact with Mark Coleman, to sell an accumulation of jewelry from my wife's estate. There was initially difficulty reaching him, and I learned that's because he splits his time among 3 different locations that are not close to each other. Once we made an appointment, Mark did a thorough examination of the assortment I'd brought; described the pieces and their condition in detail; actually educated me as to their history and desirability. I had his uninterrupted attention for more than an hour, at the end of which he made an acceptable offer for the lot. Of course the amount was less than I'd hoped for, but I know better than to think that I had some rare treasures lurking in my house. We accomplished what I'd set out to do, and with the utmost respect for me and the memory of the people from whom I'd inherited the jewelry.”

“I had my ear pierced in two places, and new jewelry today at the Towson Town Center location of Piecing Pagoda for my birthday. Niy and Dan were helpful throughout the whole process. They helped me price and pick jewelry. Dan was my piercer, she was diligent and detailed. We picked the perfect spot for each piece, she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She fit the jewelry to my budget and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.The service is great and the associates know what they are doing, whether you are just buying jewelry (they also have body jewelry) or getting your ears pierced. It was quick, entirely painless, and very professional. I will be returning for future plans for my ears, and would highly recommend this location. “I needed a really small size wedding band. All the big stores said it would take three weeks to order it. Tiara had it ordered overnight for me. Also, I had them remodel my mother's pearl necklace to a modern look and am very happy with it. They are a small shop with unique pieces and friendly service.”

“Previously I wrote a review and filed a complaint with BBB about my frustration with Pandora. I’m still upset we have lost money with this company. Also, the previous visit to the Towson store my husband was advised to purchase the same bracelet that kept experiencing problems with. Thankfully, I was able to recover the bracelet and take it back to the Towson store. I am giving 5 stars for customer service.Today, we I was able to be serviced by Victoria. She was professional, able to empathize, and solution driven. She discussed my account with the store manager to ensure the best outcome regarding the circumstances.I truly wish she was the sales lady from the very start.Thank Victoria”
