“This is my go-to UPS Store in Baltimore. It’s located in the Rotunda, where I go for physical therapy, do banking, buy groceries and pick up desserts. On top of location, however, the associates at the store are always helpful and informative. The wait times are usually very short.”

Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt.
