“I think they are good at what they do. I had a flat tire, and came here simply by way of a Yelp search with all the positive reviews. I was worried that I would need to replace my tire, but it just needed a plug which cost about $20. When they finally got to me, the guy who worked on my car was efficient and quick. I ended up tipping him because he was really good. I forgot his name unfortunately. The only annoying thing is having to wait and how traffic gets backed up into the street. It was my first time there, so didn't really know what to expect. I waited about 1.5 hours before my car was finally seen, and maybe only spent 15 minutes in there for service. I guess the cost and quickness of the service offset the long wait time. I would definitely come back though in the future and try to come during less busy times like early in the morning or later in the evening.”

“I purchased my vehicle on August 28th, 2023. Drove my past vehicle here with hopes that it would make it here without breaking down lol Mike & Luis were extremely helpful and REALISTIC with me considering my situation. They asked me what I wanted and I got exactly that… customer service was superb!!!! They really worked with me and Mike is just an outstanding manager if you come here ask for him. I see there are some bad reviews but don’t let that deter you from shopping here just ask for Mike he will not sugar coat anything and will give you the real deal. I did not at all expect to be driving off the lot with anything that day… I got rid of my Kia and got into a nice reliable Buick Verano and even the manager drives a Buick lol this experience was BEYOND sales service I felt like family. “Needed tires immediately as a pot hole in DC flattened 2 tires. They had the size and quantity I needed and were close by. I ended up having to purchase 2 more tires (the tire ratings were different) elsewhere and have all 4 tires balanced. Good for an emergency situation, but would probably go somewhere else to just have tires replaced.”
