“I have used Interstate since 2005 and I have had all my cars serviced there, when looking for a mechanic, you want someone who is fair and honest and who can explain your issues and show you what you need done. Rob is a fantastic owner he does extra stuff that you may not get charged for, and if your part is no longer available, he will come up with a solution. The cost of parts is what it is and labor goes with it, but if you want a caring mechanic, someone you can build a relationship with Rob is your guy, I am a very satisfied customer, he is a very knowledgeable and a Pro mechanic. Remember if you want cheap prices you normally get cheap work, treat your car like it is one of your children and Rob will keep your car running just like a kid. In these days of the pandemic we all have to give back to get, give Interstate a try and you will not be disappointed.”

“Ralph just replaced my CCV filter, installed a new Track Bar, new wheel hub and rebalanced/rotated my tires in less than a day when my previous shop took 2 full days to just mount and balance tires. (no joke).
My short story is I redid tires a couple months back and had a vibration since. Didn't feel like a tire issue and my prior shop didn't seem to be able to even begin troubleshooting the issue. I did the google and Facebook ask which led me to Superior. Everyone speaks very highly of Ralph so I got in contact and he immediately said bring in the truck for a road test. He looked over the truck and got me on the schedule. The wheel hub was the issue, but did a rebalance to cover all bases just in case a weight was thrown or something was going on with the new tires. The track bar and CCV were added items that I wanted done unrelated to problem, but in speaking with him, wanted to knock these out while the truck was there.
Ralph is very knowledgeable with the diesel trucks and that is exactly what I was looking for. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but efficient, honest and reasonably priced as it relates to diesel costs. Ralph will be the only person I let work on my truck from now on.”

“You cannot believe these negative comments about service, not plugging tires, etc. Sadly, some people have ridiculous demands. I have used Mr. Lionel to service all my cars for over 25 years. This shop’s work is outstanding!! They have successfully completed serious car problems sucks as brakes, AC, electrical, etc.as well as tire services. You will most likely get your car back the same day. They are clean and respect COVID safety!! I nor anyone I have referred to this shop has experienced disrespect. You have to give black owned businesses respect to get respect! I am a professional business woman and I know a lot about customer service. I have witnessed these guys treating people with kindness, while informative. This is the only shop that will service my vehicles, hands down!! They have serviced my Mercedes, BMWs and Honda. The owner answered all of my questions over the phone as I inquired about getting Rhino liner added. Appointment slots are so convenient, I was even able to be seen at 5:30am! He has been in the industry for several years and it shows because he performed the job in 2.5 hrs when it typically takes 4.. all with zero over spray.Everyone support this veteran owned small business. “I was driving home from work when my tire pressure light suddenly came on. I stopped to add air and discovered a large bolt stuck in my tire. I immediately panicked, especially since I had a trip planned early the next morning. I pulled into AYT Auto around 4:35pm right before closing and they welcomed me in without hesitation. Even though they close at 5:00pm, the team took care of my tire right away and had it fixed before closing. They were truly lifesavers! Everyone there was friendly, polite and helpful.
