The reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of hidden fees, and they also did not match the CarMax trade-in price, even though it was promised to me before I arrived at the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot from this dealership. As I mentioned, the people were nice—Roman, the salesman, and Jackson from accounting were amazing. There was also a customer service manager who was kind enough to share his contact information with me in case I had any questions or issues with the car.
If you see attractive car prices, don’t get tricked like I did. There is a certification fee of $1,800, and they do not waive it. When I told them I didn’t need any certification or additional warranty, they said the work had already been done on the car, so they could not remove or reduce the fee.
Additionally, before coming to this dealership, I told them I had an approved quote from CarMax and asked if they would match it. They said yes. However, when I arrived, they offered $1,000 less, saying that CarMax does not account for sales tax.
Overall, just be mindful of these items before coming to this dealership.”

They helped me every step of the way, and the car looked brand new when they were done with it in 4 days instead of two weeks. I originally shopped around for quotes before going through insurance and was glad that I could go with Carty’s ultimately. “Ok so I called and talked to Dan and told him what was wrong he told me to pull up right away I did and he fixed the problem and another problem within 4 min he was a really kidn person even when I went into the office to get Dan I was greeted with such a friendly staff they are amazing I recommend Peter's if you need any body work done”
“I was very pleased with the work that Gerber did on my Jeep Wrangler after someone hit me in the parking lot at night time and didn’t leave any info . I worked with Kyle at Gerber who kept me updated on the status of my Jeep and the staff was pleasant . Kyle promised me my Jeep would be ready on a certain date and it was and the finished product was perfect . First time using this company and would recommend to others and definitely use again if need be .”

“We have to say that for extenuating circumstances we have not gotten the car repaired; however, when we were looking for an estimate and an explanation for what needed to be done, both Manny and Carolina were very helpful and patient with my questions. The folks there seem to take a real pride in helping people who, I’d imagine, are normally upset in circumstances such as getting a vehicle repaired quickly. The team was super in ensuring I felt comfortable in the whole process. I know where I will get the work performed when we do pull the trigger for this repair.”
