“Newly reopened with good deals. Good customer service too. Went back to Aeropostale last weedend to buy some clothes.As always I was greeted by several sale representatives who were ready to help me with my needs. I went around few times and I was able to find few shirts at a very discounted prices.I have spent about $120 and got more than seven items. Prices here are already acceptable, but if you take your time and look well , you will find some very good deals. The only reason I keep going to Aero is : I always find what I'm looking for at a very reasonable price. I will go back again.”

“I visited this store the day before Thanksgiving to make a return and although the selection is sub par, I will say that the customer service has improved the past few months. I wanted to leave a review because I was impressed by Lavar’s efforts & patience. He not only assisted his colleagues at the checkout counter, he also helped with the removal of sensors from customers purchases who were ringing at the door, Simultaneously. It seemed that he was training them as well, I’ve worked retail before so I know it can be a lot especially during the holidays and prestocking for BF, but he never loss his patience or superior level of customer service. However, this store needs serious help with their clothing selection.”

“Our Ross usually has a pretty good selection of items. When entering the store it looked like the store had not been straightened out in a while.The checkout line was almost to the back of the store, so the 1 item I managed to find stayed on the shelf.”
