“I really enjoy stopping by here whenever I need to pick up a few things for the house or grab some new clothes. The selection is always huge, and it is usually pretty easy to find a good deal if you take a little time to look around. The store is typically well-organized and tidy, which makes the whole shopping trip much less stressful than at other big retailers. It is a solid, reliable spot to get errands done without any real issues.”

“I had a great experience today at KG Fashion Superstore while purchasing two suits. The entire process was easy, smooth, and stress-free thanks to the outstanding customer service. A special thank you to Wynetta and Willie for being so helpful, patient, and professional throughout the process. I also want to thank the gentleman in alterations—unfortunately, I didn’t get his name—for making sure everything was taken care of and fit properly. It’s refreshing to receive this level of personal attention and customer service. I truly appreciate everyone who helped me today and will definitely be back. Highly recommend KG Fashion Superstore!”

“GREAT MENS WEAR! If you are looking to step your dress to a higher level - this is your store. Found high quality clothing items and distinct styles that can take a normal outfit and make you look classic. Very helpful staff that are willing to serve, the perfect place to find clothes that will have people asking where did you get that? I don't need a department store anymore, I can go to Off The Kuff and build a complete wardrobe THAT WILL LAST. 5 STARS.”

“I love Citi Trends. Cute clothes and can decorate my whole house or find the exact home improvement gadgets I need on a budget. The latest and sometimes the old stuff that’s the most practical and comfortable in CitiTrends. I want to be a trendsetter and not a just a follower…. Prices help me do my “on-stop” shopping all in one store. Grab a snack on the way out near the checkout aisle. Nothing to wear… they got something for any event or for simply lounging around the house. Trust me now…thank me later. But definitely go when you have the time to browse around. If you don’t make time to look…you’ll miss out on some great stuff.”

“My woman love the quality jeans that they have here, and she loves how they look and feel in her. I love how they hug that as just right. And I love pealing them off like the wrapper of a birthday gift....”

“I visited this store the day before Thanksgiving to make a return and although the selection is sub par, I will say that the customer service has improved the past few months. I wanted to leave a review because I was impressed by Lavar’s efforts & patience. He not only assisted his colleagues at the checkout counter, he also helped with the removal of sensors from customers purchases who were ringing at the door, Simultaneously. It seemed that he was training them as well, I’ve worked retail before so I know it can be a lot especially during the holidays and prestocking for BF, but he never loss his patience or superior level of customer service. However, this store needs serious help with their clothing selection.”
