“Tremendous customer service. I had to return a hot water heater, and the manufacturer (lifetime manufacturer warrant) couldn’t be reached. Customer service very patiently spent over an hour working out all the details. Extremely nice employees!!”

“Yesterday I dealt with the manager Tim at the Westminster maryland location. I had a very odd situation that needed resolved with a layaway purchase that I made. Tim listened to all of my concerns and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Honestly, he went way beyond my expectations. I can honestly say he was polite, professional and competent. Kudos to Tim. I feel he went way above and beyond. 10 stars all the way!!!”
