“Yesterday I dealt with the manager Tim at the Westminster maryland location. I had a very odd situation that needed resolved with a layaway purchase that I made. Tim listened to all of my concerns and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. Honestly, he went way beyond my expectations. I can honestly say he was polite, professional and competent.
