“The service center at Westminster MD has a friendly staff who genuinely cared for my needs, they set me up with a great tire for a really good price given that I needed it in an emergency and from the time I made my appointment to just three hours later I was back on the road.
Alex and Brad were very helpful and professional not only did they keep me informed but they made sure I was happy with the product. I also would like to add that other customers who were being helped commented on how the good service was.
Thanks Alex and Brad!!

“A great experience. PJ the counterman was friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in my welfare. He thoroughly explained what steps needed to be taken and what options I had. I'll be back.”
“Very fast service, and the guys don't charge you for anything ridiculous. I took my Jeep in for an inspection on my brakes and toe adjustment (steering). Unfortunately, my toe adjuster was too rusty, so they couldn't operate it without risking it, so they didn't charge me for it. Along with that, they checked my wheels and brakes. That was all free of cost. I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube!”

“Nick is a fantastic technician! Came in for a fluid exchange and undercarriage check and was very pleased. He was very thorough in checking the undercarriage noise and took his time inspecting the entire interior and exterior per my request. He did an excellent job listening to my concerns and communicating his findings in a way I could understand. He also made sure to top off all my other fluids without me even asking! Thanks Nick you rock!”
