“I came in for a suit fitting at the Black Tux Showroom at Nordstrom in Montgomery Mall in Bethesda, MD. Great appointment.
Carly was very friendly as she greeted me for my appointment. During the fitting she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring with helping me get all my measurements. She was quick and suggested ideas that made the suit feel and look better on me.
This by far was the most efficient and friendly suit fitting experience I've had. N this was my fifth fitting this year.
I highly recommend Carly, and cant thank her enough for making this appointment such a lovely experience.

“Such a well organized store. Staff was helpful in picking out a pair of pants. I chose the Icon Pant in Kangaroo. The staff member told me their top selling pants are ABR Pro Pant, 5.11 Stryke Pant and Icon Pant. I had so much fun looking around. I added some photos of the pants I purchased. The first photo is of an security button that keeps your pants from accidentally popping open. The second picture is of the ripstop material.”

“I am the manager of a bridal and tuxedo store in Florida. I sent in a groomsman to get measured/fitted for a tuxedo in Florida. They were very thorough and asked ALL the same questions, had him try on items, just as I do and everything fit perfectly. I called and spoke with them before sending him in and they were very friendly and my customer said they were very pleasant to him as well. So if they treated us so well and did such a good job and we did not rent a tux from them just get measurements. With such a great attitude imagine how good you will look going there. I highly recommend this place for your rental and alteration needs”

“I have shopped at Lands' End the catalogue for years and have never been disappointed. Their service is great and their return policy is even better. I had a very old winter jacket(about 2 years or so) that I never got to wear because the zipper broke on it. It happened to be the second jacket I had this happen to so I thought I was going to have to pay for a new jacket. Not only did they pay shipping back, they were having a sale so I bought a new jacket with free shipping on this. I sent the old jacket back that had the broken zipper which they paid shipping on and they sent me the full price of the jacket on a gift card since I never got to use it. “Katie in the Men’s suit department is amazing. She is pleasant which is great. Even better is her competence! As long as there is a sale Macys pricing is on point for the brands they carry. If you need a men’s suit and need a little assistance in doing so make sure to ask for Katie. Normally I go sometime later in the week during the day, works great as they are not too busy.”
