“Amazing experience with Naturepedic from start to finish! We spent hours at the showroom trying out the different mattresses and layer options. Kilani was attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. There were multiple customers in the store and she did a fantastic job attending to all of us, giving us the time to test things out without any pressure, and checking back often without being intrusive. Our mattress arrived 7 days after we ordered. I had the best, more restful sleep the first night (last night)! No off-gassing and very high quality. This is a huge investment I’m so glad we made.”
“This review is for my buying experience at the store as I have yet to receive my new sofa. It will come in 6 to 8 weeks which I’m very excited about especially after the wonderful experience I had in the store. It’s not like other furniture stores where you’re worried about how many people will race up to you trying to help you. They really give you space and your own time to look at things and come up to you and a nice and timely but respectful Manner.. The store is beautiful and all the products are great. I had Peter and Waveland help me with my purchase and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were helpful and attentive without being too overbearing and helped to get me a great deal on my sofa. I highly suggest shopping here to find whatever you may need for your home. After having a lovely dinner in Dupont Circle, I searched up the nearest Mattress Firm which was right in the heart of Dupont, which was perfect! As you can see, Ruth and her amazing team totally transformed the desk and turned it into a gorgeous showpiece! Ruth has a keen eye for detail and color and makes thoughtful suggestions to make your vision come to life. I am so happy to have this beautiful desk in my new home and it brings me joy to see my granddaughter sitting at it as I did when I was young. She will be the fifth generation to use the desk! The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”
