“Found shoes we were looking for because another shoe store didn't have them. Set up is weird with huge block of wood in middle of store to house the shoes. Two ladies upfront were chatting away. Had to ask a third that was straightening shoes for assistance. She was very helpful and friendly. Clothing in back of store did not look inviting. Opportunity with merchandising the apparel and accessories. Store looks large outside...the huge wooden display gives dollhouse vibes....rather weird for a shoe store. Check out process was easy. We were thanked for shopping on the way out by the ladies upfront.”

“Today Anita changed my experience at the Wheaton DSW! As a caretaker of my mom it's difficult shopping for shoes, thank goodness I only have to do it once every three years. Today however I had to return some shoes that I purchased the day before, because they didn't work. I was initially met with some ugly advice that seemed stupid, and given information that left a nasty taste in my mouth. I wanted to leave but I wanted this show situation over with. Thank Goodness ANITA rang me up for the next set of shoes I was purchasing, she was so helpful, and allowed me to ramble on about the issue I was having. She even walked around the store with me again to give me options that fit the needs of my mom's feet. My faith in Wheaton's DSW has been restored.
