“This is by far the best Rutter’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. Every time I stop in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with respect. The food is always fresh, hot, and made just right. I’ve been to other Rutter’s locations, and they just don’t compare to this one. The staff here really goes above and beyond, and it shows. Thank you for consistently providing great service and great food—I always look forward to coming back!”

“Dude behind the counter was super sweet and asked if I wanted anything on my 2 hot dogs. He literally PERFECTLY put the mustard and ketchup on, then beautifully packaged them in a bag so they wouldn't tip over. Sometimes it's the little things 💜 thanks guys!

I had been in to the store ea4lier in the morning and then went on my way to my errands and I realized I don't have my phone. I came back up the road and went in asked if anyone had found a phone. John even came out and called my phone to see if it was somewhere lost in my van that I couldn't see. Anyhow I got home and it was in the driveway. This is a good store!”

“I shop and get gas at this RoFo location fairly regularly and have always been impressed with both the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the employees who work there. I had trouble use the rewards points on my app for a recent lunch purchase and was grateful for the assistance sorting it out! Plus, there wasn't a chicken salad in the fridge so they happily made me one. Win-win! Kudos to the team who works there!”

“Over a month ago, I went there to treat myself for my birthday. I ordered a crabcake sandwich and 1 scoop of icecream. The team member who took my order was Meghan (I hope I have her name correct) helped me to pick out icecream that was not chocolate because I am allergic and they were out of vanilla. She and another team member read the ingredients and birthday cake was chocolate free. Meghan said that they take allergies very seriously. I have never had someone do that for me. Thank you Meghan for helping to make my birthday a great one. The day I went wasn't on my birthday it was during the days leading up because I celebrate for days!”
“Passing thru I found this country store. I got a 2 peice tenders meal and onion rings. Everything was fresh the ladies working the food area were great. Personally I felt the tenders were better than Popeyes.”
“Wow, I had the best experience at this location. I usually go in and the stores are dirty messy and they have rude staff. This store was completely different. Heather at the counter was very nice and very personable. You could tell she really enjoys her job and she keeps the store organized and clean. She takes pride in it. Please give her a raise five star.”
