“My friends and I stopped by this location on April 29 around 8:00–8:30ish, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a friendly welcome. Staff members Chantees and Terren were absolutely the best!
The ladies making the sandwiches were so patient with one of my friends who could not make up her mind, and they both went above and beyond to assist us with kindness and professionalism. Excellent customer service truly makes a difference, and this staff did an amazing job.

“It's a local convenience store with a small restaurant that serves takeout with a couple of tables. You can buy some grocery items, soft drinks, ice cream, wine, and beer. They also sell Maryland lottery tickets, money orders, bill pay, and rent UHaul vehicles as well. There is parking and it's accessible. Staff persons are professional, and direct.”

“We visited for the first time yesterday (me and my 11-year-old daughter). We think the store is beautiful and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. We were super excited to tour the station as we were surprised to discount that it had a gift shop. Many of the items were interesting, historic, and beautiful...but there was a major downside for me as a Mom. Some items in the store contained profanity (I didn't see me, but I did find a few.) As a born again believer in Jesus working diligently to help our children guard their hearts from content which promotes things that are displeasing to the Lord, I chose to cut our our tour short. If not for that hiccup, our visit would've been ideal! In many, many ways, this service station is a real gem in the community, especially the lovely ink pens which are sold to support the cancer society.”
“I love getting BJ's gas but they really need to do something about people holding up line because they don't want to pull up to pump if their gas tank on opposite side of their vehicle. The pump will stretch to fit either side. If they are just sitting I go around and pull up to pump. Waldorf is the only site that has this issue. Capitol Heights even do the right thing.”

“Went to Sam's for coffee and ended up with PJ's for our annual family Christmas picture! Lol!Let's face it. If you go into Sam's you will need to open up your purse and give a few extra coins because they have such a wide variety of things available. Not only are their things you would find in a grocery store but there are fresh flowers, furniture, tires and clothes too.I also love their convenient prepared foods. I usually grab a rotisserie chicken with a salad for a quick Friday night dinner. I will say this is the first time I did have to wait in line for it. But it wasn't too long.Of course there is a annual membership fee but I always find a good deal on Groupon.I love Sam's but I have to limit my trips because I always spend way over my budget(in a good way)”

“It's awkward getting into the gas station . It's located on the corner of the parkway and Route 301 north.. The entrance/exit is in the merge lane and convenient going north on Route 301. If you have a larger vehicle, you may have to maneuver some to get to a pump. You can use your ExxonMobil rewards here.”
“Always love this Exxon/Dash In location. The people here always greet you, are always very helpful, and customer service is some of the best we get when going into the store part of a gas station. This is the best Exxon location in the area. Any suggestions for items that are missing that I normally buy, they restock on the next shipment! Will definitely continue to give my business here!! “I had an issue with the tire and there was some leakage-I took my car to two mechanics and they did not fixed it right....Tony Chaudhary looked into the issue and resolved it right away with excellent customer support...Pls do not waste your time elsewhere and drop your car to Ultra fuels for stress free assistance and excellent work...he is not only knowledgeable but also quick and responsive...I highly recommended Ultra Fuels.”

“OK, I didn’t think I was gonna have another problem or issue with this gas station that I use “every week” but I come in here. I have an appointment to be at Bowie at a certain time I swoop by here quickly to get some gas go inside today on memorial day at 8:50am and the guy inside (named ALI) says he cannot take my hundred dollar bill to give me any gas he doesn’t have change wow.? To top it off. I was in a rush for an appointment so I won’t be late so I had to go get some cheap gas from Safeway.!!!!?
Review Update!!! After leaving a review about their Air Pump not having an “Out of Order” sign posted, the management took my complaint seriously…. When I came back to get some gas today, I noticed that they had put the “out of order” sign up! Now that’s someone who cares about their customers complaints. Kudos ?”

“I like coming to this gas station ⛽ to fill up my wife's truck on the weekend before she goes back to work on Monday- Friday. She drives a "Special Needs School ? Bus" for Charles County Schools. The young man who runs the ⛽ station is very friendly and keeps Us Fuels Station very clean, however some of the mean people in Pine Field abuse it, by smashing the window and it's ashame.I rate this ⛽ station ??????"Awesome"! ???”

“We use this gas station all the time, but nobody I've talked to liked the mechanics. We had a small car problem 4 years ago and after they worked on it, we were constantly in and out of shops.”
“The staff here are fantastic. A special shout-out to Daniel G ans Yesibel. I witnessed Daniel go out of his way to help a woman add oil to her truck that had almost none in it and he took the time to explain things to her. This is above and beyond what one would expect from their daily duties but probably saved her a ton of money. Yesibel quickly took over the counter and displayed great teamwork. Highly recommend they be praised for their hard work.”
