“Gloria, the property manager, and her team are responsive and friendly. They've made storing at their facility easy and seamless. When it was time for me to downsize my stuff and move to a smaller unit, they were waiting for me on move-in day to make sure I had everything I needed.
The units are safe, and the facility is ALWAYS clean.

“Mr. Ronald was wonderful. He was respectful and kind. He assisted me with finding the storage unit and help with the movers. Who stated the truck would not fit in there lot because it was too big. Which was a lie. He left the gate open so that they could get everything in Extra Space Storage. Also saw that I had a chair to sit in the air conditioning. Outstanding customer service service.”

“Steven at Extra Space Storage is an exceptional Manager/Director. I had a situation where I didn’t fasten my lock properly and my unit remained open. I didn’t know and I got a call from Steven who does a visual walk thru every morning. I was out of town and instead of leaving my unit vulnerable he quickly replaced the lock free of charge for me. From the first day I decided to rent at his facility he gave me the best service. He personally gave me a tour, walked me to my unit and has been very approachable and available to assist with anything you need. I want to continue renting a unit here because of his exceptional service and friendly vibe”

I spoke with Yvette Sanowar this morning when she reached out to make sure everything was going well, since we hadn’t used the facility yet. We had a wonderful conversation! Later, my husband stopped by to add a few things to our unit, and Yvette helped him navigate the facility—not once, but THREE TIMES! We’re complete novices when it comes to storage units, and she went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and knew what to do. He can’t stop singing her praises!

She was very pleasant, knowledgeable about Public Storage and the new locations opening in PA. I was able to look at other options with Public Storage. She was a breath of fresh air. I stopped in to inquire about availability and pricing, and he was so patient, engaging, friendly and genuinely down-to-earth while going over all the options with me.
I told him, “I need to talk to my business partner, but I can come back or call if that works.” His response was basically, “Totally!” No pressure. No salesman tactics. No trying to convince me of anything. Just genuinely friendly and helpful.
Well... I was back within two hours to rent a unit from him.
While I was there, I also watched him interact with another customer, and it was the exact same thing — smiles, honesty and just a really friendly vibe.
Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, so when I come across it, I think it deserves to be recognized.

“We had a great experience with a complicated move using Orly. We were downsizing from a place where we had lived for 30 years—we had Orly do much of the packing. Then we sent several rooms of furniture to our each of our kids (including one in Colorado) and put the remainder in storage for a few months, until our new lease started. Liz in the office handled the details efficiently and proactively. And the guys who moved the furniture were wonderful (from our house to 3 different places, including storage, and then from storage to our apartment). They treated our things like they owned them. They were extremely careful and efficient. We were very impressed and recommend Orly highly.”
