“My elderly mother drove a badly damaged car into the shop, and the guys treated her like she was their own grandmother. They gave her a ride back to her senior living apartment, assessed the damage, and contacted her with a reasonably priced estimate before the end of the day. They repaired the extensive damage quickly, and when I was unable to bring her to pick up the car before the close of business on Friday, they came to get her, so she could bring her car home. You don't get much better service than that!”
“I went to pep boys because my car battery was acting up and pep boys checked out my battery being that I had a warranty on it and they said nothing was wrong with my battery after I done went next door to auto repair shop and they told me I needed a new battery when pep boys told me I did not. I’m so thankful for my experience with the pep boys staff they were so friendly and welcoming. my problem was fixed fast even though I was told it would be a two hour wait. I wish I knew the lady’s name and the guy name who helped me. He wore glasses and had dreads. They both are the best! I will be back for any issues with my car they seem trustworthy. God bless”

“I first came to this shop because they were one of the few places locally that can order and install continental tires, which i really prefer on my car. They ended up doing brake work for me and did a great job at a reasonable price. I have a background in cars and i historically do my own work, but with my job becoming more demanding i have passed most of it to this shop. They have never asked me to fix something that hasn't needed it, they do quality work, and the prices here are fair. I think Mark, the owner cares a lot and will provide his honest opinion when requested.”

“I needed two tires replaced on my 2010 Camry as they were shredded in a minor accident. I called up and they said if I get it in then the next couple of hours they could get it out the same day. I had the car towed to the Hilltop location and got me in immediately. They looked at the rear tires and I decided to replace them also since they were worn and not in the greatest shape.The place was very clean spacious and the person who waited on me, Malachi (42381) was very accommodating as I my a 77 year old above the leg amputatee. They had very little problem with my adapter driving sticks in my car. I would recommend this location anytime for anything and thank you.”

They don’t price gouge and they are very friendly and willing to explain things to me even when I’m embarrassed to admit I don’t know jack about cars? Back it back today, and inform them what is causing the shaking. They replaced the wheel for me. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.
