In a Saturday morning I was driving to work and while I was at a light the front axle broke. The mechanic that I usually go is closed on weekends, so the guy who helped me take the car off the road told me about this place. Brought my car there the next day (on a Sunday) and 2 hours he called me that the car was fixed. He did a great job. I know some stuff about cars and I can guarantee you, he knows what he does. Also he charges a fair price. He’s an honest guy.
I had to share this. And if your car has a problem bring it to him, he’ll get it fixed for you!!”

“I tried to get into the Rockland location with a flat tire (running on spare). That location was full up and I was referred to the Abingdon location by Joe (awesome solution and well handled).
I contacted Abington and Ian Was extremely helpful on the phone. I ran over over and dropped the rim and flat off so they could get the tire mounted and make the next visit quick.
The tire took a day to get in (No problem!), Ian Said I could drop by in an hour. I opted to wait another day so I could coordinate my work obligations.
I called this morning and got a 10:30 AM time slot.
I waited while they installed the wheel and put away my spare. Average wait time and the job was completed as expected.
I believe the world is not perfect. The entire staff did an outstanding job. They Identified my needs and delivered excellent customer service, All whilst being in a non perfect world. It's all how you handle the minor delays etc.

“Needed urgent car service and they got me right in! Once I dropped my car off, it was taken in within 20 minutes. The mechanic called me in under an hour to update me, and I got it back that afternoon. I was very impressed and will be bringing my car here from now on. “I had a great experience with the car shop. First time I went there, I was greeted with a big smile and the owner asked me to wait for him to get someone to check my car, before I sat down someone came to me and took my keys to check my car. Then he told me the problem and offered to fix it. I left my car and by the next day my car was fixed because they had to order the parts but they notified me. The owner gave me a price in advance and the job ended up costing more money but he didn’t charge me the extra. When I dropped off my car to fix, the owner asked his father to take me home so I wouldn’t take an Uber. His father was very gentle and very nice to me. I am greatful for them because they provide me with great service and great price. As a woman, it’s hard to trust someone with your car because most people care more about making a few bucks, not this guy. He is honest, courteous, professional and kind. I would recommend people to check him out!”
