“Boston post road you're on 29/30 so far of everyday items someone would need...anyways I primarily come to tj Maxx for the shoes - andddd their staff. Here's something I wrote for the Boston Post Rd. Journal (it will be out sometime 3rd week of July for a "Sudbury's best" - we're highlighting gems of Sudbury that give great customer service. This particular shoe store offers an excellent shopping experience for shoe enthusiasts. Their wide selection of footwear, including various brands and styles, ensures that customers can find the perfect pair for any occasion. The store is often commended for its knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide helpful recommendations and assist in finding the right fit. Additionally, the store's comfortable and well-organized layout allows for a pleasant browsing experience. With its combination of quality products, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this shoe store is definitely worth a visit for shoe lovers.”

“Good deals to be had, although you never know exactly what they will have on the shelves. Store was well-staffed for the holiday rush. Plenty of bargains. Got my daughter the winter coat (long puffer with a hood) she has been looking for...priced $90, at least 50% less than you would expect for what she got.”

“I've only ever had positive experiences at this Wal-Mart in the many years I've been a regular customer. Always clean, friendly employees, and the customer service desk staff is very knowledgeable. They once helped walk me through paying my rent online, which was a massive struggle to figure out before their help.”

“I don't come here that often but when I do it's typically for household items, cleaners, craft items or even Garden supplies. Sometimes I will venture and buy grocery items depending on what I forgot to buy during my food shopping. Anyway, they're currently going through some sort of re-modeling inside of the store for a better shopping experience.(per their signage) Well, I could not find the things I was looking for because everything was moved to other areas. So instead of taking me just 5-10 minutes in and out it took me 15-20 minutes. Walking around aimlessly of course couldn't find anyone to ask and then when I was going to I found the items I needed. I did self check out which I'm getting to be pretty good at and I was out on my merry way. The place is always crowded mind you I went on a Thursday afternoon. But overall good place to come to get those last minutes things forgotten, but give yourself extra time until they get through this remodeling time.”

“Since the last review, I think there is a new manager at this TJMaxx and he is amazing, so I see major changes in the store and the employees definitely look happier and at ease with customers. The selection is unique and I believe that it's fate if you happen to find something that resonates with you. The staff here (now) have been courteous and honestly very helpful - so I've been splurging a lot more than usual. When a store offers amazing customer service, and great deals, I can definitely see the boost in sales - at least out of my wallet at least lol. I highly recommend coming back here now, love the customer service and welcome feeling when I enter this store now. Highly recommend!”
