“In what looked like an extra crazy busy Monday (after the July 4th holiday weekend), I was still happily greeted by Dave who assured me they'd be with me momentarily (which being a repeat customer, I always hear him do this). Within just a couple minutes Dave was looking up the shop's schedule to get me in (my initial request for this coming Weds) for an alignment and rotation. But I also mentioned our tire alert was on and we'd been possibly experiencing a slow leak on one tire specifically. Dave didn't hesitate to ask if the vehicle was in the parking lot to jump out and check it. Definitely found an issue and proceeded to get me in on the spot. Appreciated the walk-in, especially since we're headed on a vacation trip soon!”
“One of my tires was losing air consistently over a week or so. It got worse so I decided to stop into Rucki’s. Steve at the front desk was super nice and helpful and took my information and said they had a few people ahead of me, but would be able to get to it soon before closing (which was already impressive as this was around 3-3:30pm and they close at 5.)
I opted to leave my car there, not expecting them to actually be able to get to it that day. Not even an hour later, Steve called to let me know my car/tire was all set, and that they found a puncture in the tire and plugged it. When I asked how much I owed them, I was surprised to hear him say it would only be $25.
Rucki’s is by far the most honest and hard working shop I have visited, and I will definitely be back in the future.”

“I had my 2003 silverado 2500 repaired there, brake lines replaced after rotting out due to cts destructive road salting, also my power steering cooler blew out from the same rotting out they fixed it properly, replaced my front bumper from where it rotted out, great mechanic's, fortunately I retired to Florida where my brand new pu (when I bought) can live like me to old age ?”
“On Monday April 24TH my Ford Taurus broke down on the way home from work. They suggested a local Towing service that came within 15 minutes to tow my car. Turns out I needed a new starter. 2 HRS after my car was towed it was fixed. I am so thankful for the wonderful service I received.”

“We are on a cross country trip, from Oregon and back again. We are in a 25 ft motorhome pulling a small utility trailer. We had a tire on the trailer disintegrate. Fortunately we had a spare. We immediately went to the next town and were referred to Al:s. Great service. Angel (?) fixed us up by putting a new tire on our rim, which was slightly bent, and it was no more than an hour. Awesome service, plus we were charged a fair price. Thank you so much!”

“if i could give more than 5 stars, i would. i pulled over at the nearest auto shop after the cover underneath my car fell and was dragging while driving on the highway and no where near home or my usual dealer.
i was scared and had no idea what to do. The nice man noticed the situation i was in and instantly stopped what he was doing to remove the piece for me. i’m extremely appreciative and will be referring them to everyone i know.

“I had a good experience with the management, the workers were not working they were slacking off and taking their time. I did appreciate the free tore cleaning I had a slow leak. It was fixed and I thank the kid at the counter for his service. I've worked on cars my whole life. Never would it have taken me more than 15 min to take a tire off, clean the rim and replace it.”
