“Very easy to use, great customer service and beautiful, new vans! Highly recommend, can provide van rentals at a last minute notice (1 week in advance), could find no other alternative, in the Boston area.”

“I couldn’t make my dropoff at Waltham so I tried to change my dropoff to this location online. The app and automated customer support wouldn’t let me do it. I drove there anyways and the process was actually so seamless, I just had to handover the car keys and they processed the return quickly without any change fees. Saved me a headache!”

“The gentleman at this location is the definition of helpful customer service. My husband and I needed to make a flight, took our rented truck back to this location only to learn they don’t accept trailers. We would have e had to fight heavy congestion with a truck and trailer to go to the location that does. He find a solution for us instead of just siting policy. This is humanity at its finest. I didn’t catch his name amidst all the stress but we are so very grateful for his kindness and solution based mindset.”
