“Great customer service, lots of smile and quick service. We decided very late to rent cars for the week of 4th July holiday. Most places were sold out or their prices were prohibitive. However, this location thanks to Ms. Malyun, (lady at the front desk) we were able to get 2-new camrey's with less than 10k mileage and very reasonable price. She is the best and we will be definitely going back to do business again.”

“Chose this agency because I had good experiences with Enterprise before and because it did have good reviews. Plus I needed to rent downtown (not airport) for various reasons. Five stars, as staff was very friendly and helpful. First problem was pickup time / parking. They directed me to a suitable parking lot nearby, so I could pick up the car during their business hours, park it a block over, and drive off the next morning before they opened.Upon returning the car, they even drove us to the nearby subway station, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases a quarter mile over the pavement.Else? Well - upon start the first morning, warning sign "coolant". Rather annoying when you plan to leave on your trip. After some research in the handbook, we located the coolant container and in fact, there was a bit of liquid missing - about a cup, which we replaced with water. Overall, we could have done without this kind of excitement. When we returned the car, the manager on duty was very concerned and promised a 5% rebate on our fees - but so far (one month later), this never happened. An according e-mail remained un-answered (for two weeks now).So? Yes, the average 4.4 as of writing this review is correct. Good and friendly service, ready to do a little more than just required, but don't believe everything they are saying...”
