“I visited this Sixt location on 5/16/2026 to pick up a subscription package. I was assisted by Rima, who was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The first car I was given had a strong smoke odor, but she kindly and quickly secured a replacement for me within 15 minutes!
However, I did experience some backend contractual issues that I had to call in to fix. I was mistakenly charged a 'requested car exchange' fee (which was thankfully refunded - about $55). Additionally, my mileage rate was adjusted from $0.22 to $0.30 per additional mile. Customer service refused to change this back, citing the class of the upgraded replacement car, which is a decision I disagreed with.
Despite the billing issues, I have to say that every representative I encountered whether in person, on the phone, or via email was pleasant and helpful.
Based on my experience I would recommend this location. I would typically give a 4/5 stars rating for contract issue but Rima was very thoughtful throughout the pickup experience, which I truly appreciated.
Edited: Truly 5/5 Experience. Sixt added an additional 50 bonus miles for the trouble of the exchange vehicle and mile adjustment.”

“I Usually choose car rental based on price and location. This time it happened to be that enterprise was closer to my departure and arrival points. And I was very pleasantly surprised about the quality of Service. I may have to rethink my prior strategy.”
