“Unfortunately, our car broke down in Shawsheen on a quick visit from Montreal, Quebec but I'm so thankful that it happened near The Shawsheen Sunoco Ultra Service Center. We couldn't have had a better team taking care of us. We were definitely panicking as we had work and school to get back to. AAA brought our car to The Shawsheen Sunoco Ultra Service Center and they were so helpful. They calmly assessed the situation, managed our panic nicely and agreed to work on the car the following day. They stayed in touch throughout the day, keeping us up to date. They made sure that we were safely on our way to drive the many hours home. They were reasonable and clear about the work that had to be done. We are really grateful our car broke down where it did!”
